Portrait Properties provides a personal, professional service to both Landlords and Tenants. Some of our Landlords are based in Plymouth. Others are based in different parts of the UK and we also provide a Landlords overseas service to those whose business commitments keep them abroad for extended periods or else to those who live abroad.

We have a good selection of property in Plymouth and surrounding areas. We arrange and manage lettings of both residential and commercial property. Our experienced staff are constantly mindful of the need to liaise closely between Landlords and Tenants and they deploy their friendly and efficient skills to ensure that the expectations of each are satisfied.

We keep Landlords up to date with current issues by means of regular bulletins. We encourage communication with Landlords by the quickest means and use e mail for speed and clarity as far as possible so that we may respond swiftly to requests from them.

Meeting the particular requirements of different Tenants is also at the forefront of our practice with a view to securing contented and often long term Tenants for our Landlord Clients.

We also act for a number of commercial organisations who need accommodation for their staff and this assists in securing good quality tenants which pleases Landlords.
